- We are not responsible for items left in pockets (money, jewelry, electronics, etc.)
- Pre-existing damage, wear, or fading may become more apparent after cleaning
- Some stains may be permanent and cannot be removed despite our best efforts
- Liability for any single item cannot exceed 10 times the cleaning charge
- We are not responsible for shrinkage of items not following care label instructions
